The School wishes to appoint a 0.5 fte fixed term Lecturer to contribute to the teaching of a range of specialist and options units in Spanish, both at undergraduate degree level and on the Institution-Wide Languages Programme (IWLP).
You will be expected to be native or near-native speakers of Spanish and have proven experience of teaching Spanish to adult learners, preferably at University level. Experience of teaching Hispanic Area Studies is desirable. You should have a relevant first degree and preferably be a qualified language teacher. A relevant MA or PhD is desirable; the candidate will ideally be research and/or knowledge transfer-active, and will be expected to contribute to the School and/or CEISR's profile in these areas.
