Full Time:

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 8 or 9 depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate. The salary range will be (Grade 8) £39,818 - £46,972 per annum or (Grade 9) £51,052 - £55,512 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.

 

The Department of Spanish and Latin American Studies, part of UCL's School of European Languages, Culture and Society, is seeking to recruit a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer whose focus, both in teaching and research, lies in either Spanish Peninsular or Latin American Studies. The successful candidate will contribute to the School's teaching, research and administration at undergraduate and postgraduate level as required.

 

The position is available from 1st September 2012.

 

Candidates should have native or near-native competency in Spanish and a PhD or equivalent qualification. Teaching experience is essential as is a strong publication record in the field. A scholarly interest in Spanish Peninsular or Latin American literature is desirable.
