Coordinator of the Master - Learning and Development in Multilingual and Multicultural Contexts  (Multi-Learn)

The coordinator of the MA multi-LEARN plans, structures, organises, coordinates and monitors the study programme by assisting the scientific board of the programme and by supporting the applied research dimension of the MA multi-LEARN in all relevant respects (technical as regards admission, data and documentation, learning, medial, logistics, administrative) with regard to the broad range of its scientific and dissemination activities inside the Faculty, the University and beyond (external partners).

 

Activities/Tasks

The successfully launched academic MA multi-LEARN is grounded in an applied research perspective, implementing research projects and requiring its future candidates, its permanent academic staff and its invited researchers and lecturers to display a comprehensive vision of what knowledge building means and what is necessary in terms of scientific, managerial, technical and administrative requirements for its successful accomplishment. The coordinator is supporting the scientific board of the MA multi-LEARN by fulfilling the following tasks:

- Management and Coordination of Administration, Resources and Communication

- Admission and academic development of candidates

- Program Sustainability, Technical Monitoring and Assistance to the Scientific Board

 

Profile:

The successful candidate is an interdisciplinary experienced, multilingual and technically aware team-player with a proven record in developing and managing emergent projects and teaching programmes. Experiences in developing, administrating and monitoring projects, programmes, budgets and its relevant technical devices from and within University (or comparable) contexts are required.

Excellent command of English, French and/or German (written and spoken)

Experiences in conceiving of and presenting (written, spoken, web-presentation, proposal format etc.) complex programme matter for any kind of dissemination (specialized/general public)

Proven experiences and skills in generalized office programmes and platforms

(Proven) Educational, professional and training background, with a minimum tertiary education degree of 3 years that is relevant to the study programme.
